Michael Lea Enterprises (MLE) was formed in October, 2003 by Michael D. Lea, P.E.. MLE was formed with the ideals of providing the public with the highest quality in engineering as well as providing conscientious and personal customer service.

Michael D. Lea graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University in May of 1996. Upon graduation, Michael began employment with Tomcat USA, Inc. in Midland, Texas. Michael began work for Huitt-Zollars, Inc in May of 1998 and stayed with them until September of 2003, when he left to form his own firm. Michael is a registered engineer in Texas.
